Finding it hard to eat well right now

OK, so I don't know about you but for some reason I'm finding it hard to stay motivated and eat well right now. I've been stuck in a rut and am just craving the bad foods - pizzas, breads, wings, ice cream, etc. Luckily, I have some great friends and family who are helping to keep me positive and motivated - let's turn this ship around and get it going...

Who has some great ideas for staying motivated to eat and live healthier?

After all, I need to get back out there and start training for my next 5k which is coming up in a month! Yikes!
