The heat of summer and committing to being healthy

Well, the summer heat is in full swing here in New England. This past weekend we went to a beautiful wedding at Bourne Farm in Falmouth, MA with some delicious food from one of my favorite food trucks The Chubby Chickpea FoodTruck @TheChubbyChickpea.

For one reason or another, I haven't been focusing on my exercise or eating mindfully and unfortunately it's showing. I've put on weight and feel sluggish. I know in the past I've talked about eating better and exercising more and I've found that I need to recommit myself to being healthy.

I know I have all of the tools at my disposal (healthy food, supportive family, time to exercise) but just don't feel the drive. As we're preparing to welcome a new addition to our family in a few weeks I realize that I need to model good behavior (both eating and exercise) for my family.

What do you do when you lose the drive to stay on track? How do you center yourself?
